Matt grew up in Maple Ridge and completed his doctorate of physiotherapy at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
His passion lies in helping those with chronic pain return to their former joyful selves and to live as functionally independently as possible. Matt's specialty area of interest is knees and tendons.
Throughout his athletic career growing up, Matt faced many repetitive injuries and dealt with his own severe chronic pain that forced him to stop competing at a young age. Matt started devoting his free time to mindfulness disciplines and eventually developed his own rehabilitation method that combined his physio knowledge with mindfulness techniques. As a result, he was able to make a full return to sport pain free after 4 months of diligent rehabilitation.
He is now an active member of the Maple Ridge squash ladder and enjoys rock climbing, bouldering, and yoga.
Matt works 4 days a week:

- Tuesdays 7:00am - 1pm
- Wednesdays 7:10am - 1:10pm
- Fridays 1:20pm - 7:20pm
